After gathering additional evidence, Rochester police obtained a search warrant, which was executed on August 31. The criminal complaint says Jackson gave a statement to investigators and told them he had been looking at child pornography for at least six years and became "infatuated with it." More than 20 sexually explicit images and videos of children under the age of 13 were found on his cell phone.

The videos listed in the cyber tip involved sexual abuse of children under the age of six. Jackson was arraigned on the charges Friday morning and was released without posting bail. He is due back in court on October 12.
